Our "A*C*T*S" Team serves leaders, churches and denominations in many ways:

Assessing

We help leaders find where they will be "fit and flourish" through our "M*A*P" (Ministry Assessment Profile) mutual discernment process of affirmation. We blend great diagnostic tools, an interactive workshop and a behavioral debriefing interview to give you a ministry profile that helps you get clarity on your gifts, wiring and skills for maximum ministry effectiveness.

Our "Blueprint for Living " assessments blend Paul Ford’s "Your Leadership Grip" and the Birkman personality profile into a resource that could help individuals understand and sharpen the focus of their lives with the same accuracy and dependability that Natural Church Development does for churches.

We also serve churches by using Natural Church Development tools and on-site consultations to help them leverage their strengths and address their weaknesses to become healthier, more fruitful churches.

We also train leaders for the ministry of assessment.

Coaching

We coach leaders and teams in their ministry journeys.
We train coaches through our one or two day coaching clinics.
We "coach coaches" as they move toward coaching certification.
We assist denominations in setting up coaching systems.
We train "Grip/Birkman Blueprint" coaches.

Teambuilding

We help leaders multiply their effectiveness by assisting them to build strong, healthy teams through our consulting, training and coaching and wide variety of resources.
