Welcome to the CRM Staff Development & Care Team website.

Keeping missionaries on the field is crucial to the success of the advancement of God's kingdom. The SDCTeam was birthed in 2001 by CRM's leadership to more effectively and intentionally develop and care for CRM's greatest resource -- our staff.

The SDCTeam exists to help ensure that all CRM staff experience the following:

Spiritual Vitality -- A deep and maturing relationship with God.

Healthy, Balanced Lives and Families -- Personal wholeness lived out in authentic community.

Personal and Professional Development -- Ongoing growth of our staff and their ministries.

Believing that all of life and ministry flow out of who we are--our personal development and our dynamic relationship with God--the SDCTeam functions to assist CRM staff toward ongoing personal wholeness and Christ-likeness, as well as helping CRM teams become nurturing communities.

SDCTeam members visit missionaries on the field, attend regional conferences, and connect through phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings to equip, mentor, and encourage our CRM personnel to flourish. 

Assessments, new staff orientation, pre-field orientation, furlough re-entry debriefings, mid-career assessments, internal training and a variety of other developmental activities are all overseen by the SDCTeam.
